  • Items must be in their original condition
  • Final sale items are non-returnable

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support at hello@littlebrotherbooksshop.co.uk. Provide your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • If we provide a prepaid return label, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details. We will resolve the issue promptly.
