Please note, orders placed after 1pm will be despatched the following working day. 

Standard UK Delivery

• £2.99 on orders under £15
• Free on orders £15 and over
• Estimated delivery time: 3–5 working days
• Orders are generally despatched within 1 working day and shipped via the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service

Express UK Delivery

• £3.99 flat rate
  
• Orders are generally despatched within 1 working day and shipped via the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service
• Please note this service does not include Saturday delivery
• Not available for PO Box or BFPO addresses

International Delivery

We currently deliver to UK addresses only. International delivery is not available at this time.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

What happens if I’m not home during delivery?

Our delivery partner may leave a card, attempt redelivery, or leave your parcel in a safe place, depending on your local service.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll do our best to update the address. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
